COLIN BOYS
Along with my wife Heather, who is a Pastor at N.T.C.C., I have spent most of my life in Africa. I went to East Africa in 1963 and upon retirement in 2001 moved to Cyprus.
During those memorable years in various African countries I attended many different churches. Throughout my life my faith has been in the Lord but at different levels. Gradually, however, I came to realise that although I believed in God there was something missing. This missing part was a personal relationship with Jesus and, in my case; the real truth came about more gradually. I did not experience a sudden awakening but had a gentler introduction to being “Born Again”. I made a public commitment in 1978, whilst living in Rhodesia, and my life changed very much for the better from that moment onwards.
I became a regular attendee of our church in November 2002, just three weeks after it was established. I was appointed as a Deacon, with prime responsibility for the church finances as Treasurer, within the first year of N.T.C.C’s existence.
N.T.C.C. is the most joyful and happy church that I have ever been blessed to experience and I would encourage any of you, either living in or visiting Cyprus, to contact us for more details. I can guarantee that you will receive a very warm reception.
