BAPTISM
We believe in the baptism of believers by full immersion. It is encouraged and available for all Christians who are “born again.”
All those wishing to be baptised should speak to the church Secretary/Administrator who will arrange the occasion.
You will usually have a choice where you will be immersed, either in the sea, or in a swimming pool; outdoors in a church member’s pool or indoors in the hotel pool.
Wherever you choose, we regard this occasion as one to look forward to and celebrate!
Mark 1:9-
At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. As Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased”.
